One of the most incredible journeys of my life, a true turning point. I met amazing people who inspired me, shared unforgettable moments, and explored breathtaking places that left a lasting mark on me. But above all, this journey helped me reconnect with my emotions, reflect deeply on what truly matters, and gain clarity about my goals and the path I want to follow. It wasn’t just about the places or experiences. It was about growth, connection, and finding direction.
I came back with a lighter heart, a clearer mind, and a stronger sense of purpose😊.

It was a truly enriching experience, both professionally and personally. The sessions were well-structured and provided practical tools that I can apply in my daily work with children. I especially appreciated the interactive activities and the opportunity to exchange ideas with other educators. The trainers were knowledgeable and supportive throughout the process. I feel more confident and inspired in my role now. Thank you for organizing such a meaningful training!😊

"From Stress to Strength" training was a very important and valuable experience for learning how to cope with one of the biggest challenges of the 21st century: stress. The workshops we carried out during the training were carefully and purposefully designed. The fact that the training took place in an authentic, nature-integrated city in Morocco was also a perfect choice for the concept of the program. I would like to thank the partner organizations that made this training possible for us.

Last month, I had an amazing opportunity to take part in the project "From Stress to Strength" in Agdz, Morocco. The project offered not just a pause for me, but a deep dive into practices that helped me reconnect with myself. Through discussions, breathwork, and self-awareness workshops, I discovered that stress is not necessarily something negative. Sometimes we need it to grow. What made the experience even more meaningful was the people. I met wonderful people who made me laugh and helped me to think in new directions. Also, I had the chance to meet new cultures and learn so many new things about them. It was such a beautiful experience, and I'm grateful I took part in it.

The training in Morocco was an incredible experience. I loved how it created a perfect flow between learning, networking, and working all in a cool, calm, and energizing atmosphere. As someone passionate about coaching and youth development, I found the workshops innovative, effective, and full of fresh ideas. The activities were so inspiring that I’m excited to recreate them with others! A big thank you to the team for the motivation; I hope we cross paths again soon , maybe even as coaching partners next time ;)
