• The volunteer will mainly develop their own ideas and put them into reality during the project

  • These can be in various fields, such as theater, drawing, music, yoga, arts and crafts, board games, language courses, intercultural events

• Additionally they will support the daily life at the center: communication, preparation of spaces and events, team meetings

Obre't Ebre is searching for 8 volunteers, starting in September!

• The projects last 9 months or 1 year

• There are opportunities in:

  • A public library

  • In the youth department and youth information point of the town hall

  • At the Cáritas, which supports people in difficult situations

  • In a second-hand shop, where broken goods also get repaired

  • Accompany children and young people and support their education, especially with migration backgrounds

  • A public secondary education center

  • A non-profit youth association

  • An ecological agriculture initiative

• X-Farm is a social farm which was made out of a farm confiscated from the mafia

• The volunteer will take part in agricultural activities:

  • Management of vegetable crops and community garden

  • Taking care of the olive groves, vineyard and henhouse

• Additionally they will support the organization of public events, seminars, workshops, camps

• Two available placements:

  • 3 months in Acerno

    • The volunteer will support the implementation of the H.E.Y. (Hub for European Youth) project

    • Taking part in the daily life of Casa Giovanna and helping people with disabilities

• The project lasts 6 months

• Gepec is an ecological association, mainly focused on environmental protection

• The volunteers will:

  • Help by conservation of biodiversity

  • Take over media and communication tasks

  • Maintain the property (farm) where the accommodation is located (restoration, gardening, taking care of chicken)
