• the project will last 12 months and will start in October

• the volunteer will work with people with physical disabilities at Freizeitzentrum Friedehorst, organise leisure time activities and events for them

• the 4 projects include different activities:

  • Drawn Stories - 6 months from September: organizing creative workshops and events, and managing a large comics library

  • Across Cultures - 9 months from September: planning of intercultural events, school workshops about active citizenship and support of immigrants

  • Open Learning Paths - 9 months from September: support of the pedagogues in a high school, helping the school library

  • Circular Giving - 12 months from September in Brescia: managing a local foodbank, completing tasks in the garden and organizing awareness campaigns against food waste

• the project will last one year

• the volunteer will take part in the life of the forest kindergarten and club

  • help during outdoor and creative activities

  • support during lunchtime

  • create their own activities with the children (e.g.: about their culture)

  • get to know the concept of experimental and intuitive pedagogy
