CYD - Creative Youth Development

This youth exchange is designed in order to give participants an occasion to be responsible and active as facilitator in a safe and controlled environment, where they can experiment tools and group dynamics that takes in account principle of non-formal education, human rights education, youth participation, and social inclusion and diversity.

As it is a longer youth exchange than usual ones, there will be a first part of the YE where the facilitators will create a common ground around the topic of social inclusion, youth participation, and facilitating learning process. Participants will be equipped with tools and theories and will be supported in the creation of the sessions and activities for the second part of the YE.

The second part of the YE will be totally delivered by participants, based on their wishes to experiment with other peers. Facilitator will be there to ensure the safe-brave space, support debriefing session and the learning process.

OBJECTIVES:

Equipping participants with tools and methodologies of non formal education, social inclusion and creative methodologies (creative writing, participatory theatre);

Raise awareness about priviledge and marginalisation, connected to the topic of social inclusion and youth participation;

Supporting young people in being more proactive inside a group of peer and in their local communities;
