Digital Threat Benders in Youth Work

Project Aims:

• to increase knowledge of participants on the social dimension of technology on youth sector (positive and negative sides)

• to increase knowledge and awareness of circumstances related to technology use which are harmful for youth

• to bring together 21 youth workers from 7 organistaions active in youth work to exchange good practices in digital youth work guidance

• to equip participants with tools and methods to transfer the negative effects of technology into learning opportunities for youth, that will have a positive impact on their personal and professional development;

• to develop new youth work approaches for technology education of youth, based on collaborative learning 

• environments, problem and project based instruction as well as interdisciplinary learning;
