The seminar ‘PartnerShip’ aims at enhancing the cooperation and network between organizations working with youth, as well to create platform for developing of common project proposals and/or programs for young people based on needs of young people and organizations.
The aim of this event, which will be organized under the Erasmus+ accreditation, is to share the information about youth work activities in Europe – daily practice, as well as about young people itself and their needs and trends they follow.
The seminar enabled:

Better understanding of youth needs and problems in different countries of Europe
Getting to know the national and European international context of youth work and opportunities for young people in Europe
Creation of new concrete partnerships in the field of youth work, development of concrete project ideas, development of concrete partners' action plans

"From 3 to 9 July, we participated with representatives from 11 NGOs in a partnership-building seminar in Pirovac, Croatia. The aim of the seminar was to develop new partnerships and joint project ideas, as well as to share in-depth country-specific presentations, methods and tools for working with young people. PRONI provided excellent hospitality for a high quality programme and we also had the opportunity to visit another NGO in Croatia. All in all, we learned a lot from each other and concluded a really valuable and meaningful week."

"At the beginning of July we participated in a week-long Contact Making Seminar organised by PRONI in Pirovac, Croatia. Representatives from various NGOs representing several European countries were present. During the week the main focus was on youth work and the social sphere. We had the opportunity to share experiences, brainstorm together and outline potential solutions. It was very inspiring to reflect with such enthusiastic and open-minded professionals on how to improve youth work in Europe. The week-long programme was extremely useful both professionally and personally. Events like this give us the opportunity to make youth work and the social sphere more effective across Europe."
