This project helped young people to develop an entrepreneurial mindset, learn how to build socially impactful businesses, and take first steps toward self-employment while improving their communities.
It also addressed the urban–rural gap. In rural areas, young people have fewer opportunities, mentors, and funding options in social entrepreneurship. This project offered equal access to training and resources, empowering youth wherever they live.
Youth workers gained practical methods, activities, and examples to teach social business skills. They learned how to support young people in developing initiatives, solving local problems, and finding funding for social enterprises.
The project strengthened creativity, problem-solving, teamwork, and leadership, helping participants in any career path. It also showed how social enterprises reinvest profits for social good and measure their impact.
Inclusion was central to the training's approach. It involved youth workers supporting disadvantaged youth and created an open, supportive environment for everyone.
Finally, it aimed to enhance European cooperation by bringing together youth workers, social entrepreneurs, and organizations to share best practices, build partnerships, and develop future Erasmus+ initiatives.

Between 28 March – 4 April, the Hungarian team had the opportunity to take part in the Erasmus+ Training Course focused on entrepreneurship, hosted by Kinderfreunde in Klaffer, Austria, together with participants from Poland, Portugal, Greece, Turkey, Romania and Hungary.
Throughout the project, we focused on developing our understanding of social entrepreneurship and learning how to create sustainable business models that address community needs. Through non-formal education methods, such as intensive workshops and structured debates, we explored innovative ways to tackle social challenges. We practiced pitching ideas, analyzing market needs, and discussed the ethical responsibilities of modern entrepreneurs, all while collaborating in a diverse, international environment.
