PROJECT INFORMATION
We want to implement this project because many young people struggle to find jobs, even those with higher education. Most employers demand experience they lack, which leads to frustration, loss of motivation, and sometimes social isolation.
At the same time, few young people see social entrepreneurship as a career path. They consider it too risky or complicated, and even youth workers often lack tools to guide them. This project will help young people develop an entrepreneurial mindset, learn how to build socially impactful businesses, and take first steps toward self-employment while improving their communities.
We also address the urban–rural gap. In rural areas, young people have fewer opportunities, mentors, and funding options in social entrepreneurship. Our project will offer equal access to training and resources, empowering youth wherever they live.
Youth workers will gain practical methods, activities, and examples to teach social business skills. They will learn how to support young people in developing initiatives, solving local problems, and finding funding for social enterprises.
We want to change how young people perceive social entrepreneurship: from something difficult or risky to a real opportunity. Participants will explore inspiring examples, create business ideas, and design practical plans for their communities.
The project will strengthen creativity, problem-solving, teamwork, and leadership, helping participants in any career path. It will also show how social enterprises reinvest profits for social good and measure their impact.
Inclusion is central to our approach. We will involve youth workers supporting disadvantaged youth and create an open, supportive environment for everyone.
Finally, we aim to enhance European cooperation by bringing together youth workers, social entrepreneurs, and organizations to share best practices, build partnerships, and develop future Erasmus+ initiatives.
