"As a former participant and volunteer of various project types (ESC, Erasmus+, Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs) I gained comprehensive experience and specialised in Erasmus+ mobility project management and local event coordination. I strongly believe the future lies in the hands of youth and international mobility is beneficial not only for individuals but makes a significant positive impact on society. For this reason, my main focus in YBB are youth projects (mobility and small-scale). Moreover I put emphasis on partnership building, supporting the daily operation and online presence of our NGO. "
