Feel Good Joint Staff Training

Saetre, Norway

In late August, all partners of the Feel Good project were gathered in Saetre, Norway (near Oslo) to achieve a significant milestone. The project, which is coordinated by the LEVEL UP Association, had its joint staff training hosted by the Norwegian partner, FURIM Institute. The primary goal of the training was to enhance participants' knowledge and competencies in various areas, including eco-solutions, sustainable development, as well as digitalization of teaching and learning, with a specific focus on promoting the mental health and well-being of young people.

During the training, participants acquired new tools and methodologies that may be applied in future workshops implemented in schools. These workshops will cover a range of techniques, such as arts, painting, dance, and outdoor activities, which aim to support the mental health of young pupils. Additionally, each participating country shared its best practices as sources of inspiration and knowledge exchange.

To gain deeper insights into local practices, we had the opportunity to visit a local youth and sports center in Oslo named Sagene If. This visit allowed us to learn about their programs for young people, social inclusion, and volunteering efforts.

Besides the training activities, we had the opportunity to enjoy the nature and visit the capital, Oslo as well!
