Digital Power

“Digital Power” was a 6 days (+2 travel days) training course project which was held in Kaunas, Lithuania and gathered participants 8 countries – Lithuania, Poland, Croatia, Hungary, Romania, Italy, Greece and Bulgaria to increase the knowledge about digital literacy by learning effectively use different digital tools.

Digital literacy means the ability to use information and communication technologies for work, leisure, learning and communication. The virtual society offers many opportunities, and digital skills are needed to use them.

Although the idea of ​​the project was developed before the coronavirus pandemic, the relevance and importance of the topic has grown even more and in a more diverse context.

Project activities were based on non-formal learning methods that helped participants to analyze digital literacy issues, improve virtual teaming skills through special workshops and simulations, learn to work with specific apps and programmes, generate ideas and develop ways to increase digital literacy in their local community, work, learning environment.
