Inside Out

It aimed to support young people as individuals, each with their own talents, strengths, where everyone can develop and strengthen different intelligences, not just the IQ, which is the most exposed. In doing so, we draw on the research of H. Gardner, who developed the concept of multi-intelligence, of which the human mind is composed. In this training, they combined two interligencies, namely intropersonal and interpersonal.

Participant report

"I wish to leave here a quick note about expressing my good feelings and gratitude on the Erasmus + project organised in Slovenia, in December 2022 that I got chance to take part in as a participant. The main topics were interpersonal and intrapersonal intelligences, and the workshops, group sessions were centered around these. On the last day our group visited the capital, Ljubljana. I appreciate the organisers' job and would recommend projects to anyone who are willing to step out of their comfort zones while meeting like-minded people from all over the world. You can never know how a short travel might enrich your knowledge about cultures, social skills, understanding about yourself, etc.

On the first day we had some introductory speech held by Rad, the organiser. She introduced the main topics that we were to experience in the following 4 days. The trainer, Tatjana introduced us countless art therapy tasks and guided meditations. On her workshops (lasting three days) different devices were used such as toys, cards, pens/pencils, scissors, magazines. The tasks made us dive deep into our subconscious mind and some of the tasks made me realise deeper understanding of my past traumas or happenings. My personal favourite was a guided meditation called "The storm", where we faced our possible reaction of how would we cope with stressful situations. Another really lovely task was called "The Fairy Garden", where we took a look at our strenghts in life and how would we be  willing to incorporate those skills into our future goals. These tasks, all in all, taught us greater awareness while we could enjoy the presence of other individuals going to similar difficulties in life."
