ROAD TO SUCCESS

“Road to success" is a Youth exchange, focused on the importance of developing participant’s teamwork and leadership skills. The participants will be able to learn more about different kind of decision-making methods which will develop their sense of entrepreneurship and will enhance their employability. The activities are based on  non-formal education and aims to foster personal and professional development of young people by helping them to improve teamwork skills, initiative,leadership, international communication as well as social and motivational skills needed for the future.
