What is it about?
How can you create a safe space in an educational or teamwork environment.
Objectives:
Preparation before a project: Infopack, information for participants and their needs, preparation of the accommodation.
The responsibilities of the participants and how they are made aware of them.
How do you do team building.
How do you set project rules.
How can you reflect after each activity and collect feedback from participants.
How to design the activities (combine the needs and the skills of the group).
How to prepare outdoor activities (safety measures, etc.)
How to evaluate your project.
Participants will design their own activities and present them to the group.
Documenting learning points in a toolkit.
The methods that will be used are non-formal learning with a focus on theater and simulation of situations.
Venue: Neraida, Lake Plastira Greece
Date: 1-10 July
We are entitled to delegate 4 youth workers (21+) for this training course.
