"The Youthful Taste EU Youth Against the Waste" project focuses on tackling food waste across Europe by organizing a youth exchange involving 40 young EU participants and 8 group leaders. The project aims to foster a sense of European identity among youth while raising awareness about food waste, a topic that remains a taboo in some EU countries. It also targets people from disadvantaged backgrounds, offering them the chance to engage in intercultural dialogue and share experiences with peers from different cultures.
